We want your order to arrive safely and on time. Here's what to expect:

• Standard Shipping: Orders ship via USPS or UPS within 1-2 business days of purchase.
• Need it sooner? Email us at lokeycreative@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate a rush request.
• Carrier delays: LO key Creative is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of carrier-caused delays.

Returns

We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. Here's our policy:

• All jewelry is final sale.
• Bracelet resizing: If your bracelet doesn't fit, we're happy to restring and resize it for you! There is a $5 charge per bracelet. Simply mail your original bracelet(s) back to us — you are responsible for return shipping and the cost to ship it back to you. Please note we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
• Product issues: If you believe there is a defect or issue with your order, please email lokeycreative@gmail.com within 5 business days of receipt. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo.
